Supply Chain Management
01. Raw material supply
In the past 12 years, we have established in-depth cooperation with our raw material suppliers and accessory suppliers, so that we can obtain supplier support in terms of material quality and price. The most important ingredient in faucet production is brass, from which the faucet body is made through casting. Spark faucets are used to make the faucet is generally H59 or lead-free copper.
02.ERP management system
We use ERP and MRP to form our order processing and management system, continuously optimizing your production process, reducing the loss between production, easy to control our delivery and stabilize our prices. In case of receiving quality complaints from customers, we can quickly identify the batches of problematic products in combination with ERP and MRP systems, minimizing customer after-sales losses.

01. Production system
• Gravity Casting
The source of each SPARK faucet. After the sand mould process, we will gravity casting the body here. Comparing to the old process by sand casting, gravity casting is better to keep a certain high temperature, to make sure bodies are not out of shape, and keep the same thickness. Our daily production is 2000pcs per day. Before mass production, we will make Six samples first, to check everything, if OK we'll arrange the mass production.
• CNC Machine
after casting we would do this CNC machining process. Including this important technical process - peeling steps on rough casting surface, for precise evenness and smoothness. You can compare before and after peeling, this also keeps the same average thickness.
• Polishing
All faucet strictly polish step by step ended with cloth wheeling polish for exquisite smoothness. we do the polishing the here, you can see our QC will check one by one. Before sending it to the electronic plating finish, our QC will do the final check.
02. Quality Inspection
• Salt spray test
The quality of the coating surface treatment can be judged by the 24-hour acetate spray test. Our standard is Nickel>12um Chrome>0.2um, the chrome layer has good heat resistance and good chemical stability, so the chrome layer has good wear resistance, thus protecting the surface of the copper faucet from being easily Oxidation.
• Accessories
Purchase ready accessories according to the assembly list, and the engineer will check the size of the accessories, including the valve core, bubbler, water inlet pipe, etc., to see if it matches the faucet
• 100% Water & Air Test
SPARK will carefully inspect the surface of each product, and select qualified products (that is, products with intact plating and no scratches) for installation.
• Water Flow testing
SPARK will adjust the tap configuration according to the flow standard of each country/region
Test report & certification
• Test report
SPARK products participate in independent tests and are provided by well-known inspection service providers such as INTERTEK and IIAPMO. They compare the performance of our products with similar products made by competitors.
