At present, we have WATERMARK & WELS , KC, ACS, EN817  and CE certificate. We could provide the test report for material chemicals or certain chemicals, water pressure test, surface finish thickness test… for your order goods before delivery to verify the high quality you will receive.

Our products is 6 years warranty. If there is unexpected product self problem, we will send for replacement. Also, we will ship the faucet feature parts for spare with shipment.

Order production lead time is 35-48 days. 35 days is for chrome items. 48 days is for color finish items except for chrome. For items involving mould, the lead time is 45-60 days.
We promise our lead time. If any delay we will compensate 0.5% of total order amount per day, by this cumulative way.
Lead time starts from the day we receive 30% deposit (not the order confirm day), finish at Goods Pictures provided from us after goods completion. Welcome Quality inspection checks during or after completion.
